The purpose of the conference is to discuss topical issues of cultural transformation in the context of developing ways of communication, which are the product of the modern information society. The target audience includes researchers of trends in the development of various aspects of the culture of modern society, university professors, employees of research organizations, graduate students and students.
In 2025, the main topic of the conference is "Culture in conditions of instability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity".The social significance and relevance of this topic is due to the intensification of the pace of technological development, which is one of the main factors in creating a state of instability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity in society. Together, these factors create problematic conditions for preserving the "core of culture" and transmitting the "cultural code". The total introduction of information and communication technologies, which are the dominant communication technology, plays a decisive role in the processes of cultural transformation. At the same time, their cross-border nature and pervasiveness (ubiquity) are the basis of the "dialogue of cultures", which can lead to both mutual enrichment of local cultures and cultural absorption. The proposed topic makes it possible to identify patterns of the processes of preservation and transformation of culture in conditions of instability and uncertainty, in which new generations are being formed, designed in the future to serve as a protective belt.
